Starting from front desk to financing and delivery of the vehicle at the West Houston location was really professional. Service department feels like a used car lot. They are just looking to make a buck off of you. Prices are already outrageous. Things that used to be covered by warranty are no longer covered and now deemed "maintenance". They don't do what they say they will. My old advisor, Cody, was professional, but my "new advisor" left me less than impressed. I will continue to find a certified mechanic to do as much service on my car as I can to avoid this place.
Sleazy sales manager. Agreed on a price for a car with him and while he is appraising next trade in, he sells it to someone else.
