I have bought plenty of cars over the last 30 years but never have I had a more pleasant experience. I actually enjoyed it! Michael Pal was Knowledgeable, friendly, he even shared a can of iced coffee from his lunch box with me! I felt comfortable from that first conversation, he treated me with respect, kept me informed all week of the cars progress and worked with me to get a great deal on a great car. You have a customer for life.

The personnel at the dealership is fine however I have a problem with what they choose to replace or cover when it is on the border line of being paid for by the warranty. I feel the dealership should really consider how much $$$ we spend there at their particular dealership. I have two Porsche vehicles that is serviced at your dealership. REMEMBER !! I purchased my Panamera in 2018 and have had exceptional service from Ivan and the service team The last service was just his week for inspection and routine maintenance. Given the challenges with COVID I was reluctant to bring the vehicle in.
