They responded to my Inquiry via phone and we're very nice but I had already made a deal elsewhere.
good visit with a helpful salesperson on a Friday, during which I asked if he was working over the weekend and would be getting phone messages and checking his emails. He said "yes, definitely." I called several times the next day and left voicemail messages and also send 2 emails, one of which was a question on the car options and pricing and also included a solid offer on the car.
