Excellent experience. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Went the extra mile for me.
Very poor customer service. I spoke directly to the manager about the vehicle and he arranged the test drive of BMW 750 on a Saturday afternoon. When we returned the sales associate was helping another customer, we waited about 15 minutes and then left as it was closing time for the store. When I called on Monday morning I was told the vehicle was gone to auction. NO FOLLOW UP.

The salesperson assigned to this sale was arrogant, sarcastic and informed me as how many cars went through their dealership so I shouldn't expect a timely response. I passed on the car and would recommend avoiding the dealership
Excellent buying experience. William answered all my calls and texts regarding the purchasing process. He took the time to do a video tour of the car. Only issue, which is not on the dealer's fault or control is getting the car's registration. Have been waiting for a little bit now, but understand DMV is backlogged everywhere. Can't wait to get it!
