Dealer responded. Vehicle sold locally by another salesman in the middle of my discussions with my salesman. I am a remote buyer, and this can be expected.
Salesman was supposed to fax my purchase order to my credit union so they could overnight a check..sat on it unfaxed for 3 days..then calls me, he sold the car. Not happy.
PoN was very responsive. They followed up on my initial email, I sent them photos of my car, and they gave me a very reasonable estimate on my car. We were not able to come to terms, but I thought it was a very positive experience.
They do not negotiation on certified used. I'm an out of town buyer and they seemed more interested in doing a local deal even though I'm a cash buyer. In this market I'm sure a local will buy it soon enough, with less logistical hassle, so it makes sense. Though it was extremely disappointing. I offered $600 under listing price. The car was listed at $1200 over market value, and they passed on my offer. Super sucky.
