I have been negotiating on a used Mercedes with them. The sales woman Kapryse, is extremely courteous and very professional. We have not purchased as of yet but, They send out a good vibe.
Great experience, no pressure. I am completely satisfied with the whole experience, they took care of everything. To top it off they delivered my wife’s Xmas gift complete with big red bow.
I would not recommend any one to deal with the dealership. I scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle. On my way to the dealership I received a call from the dealership to confirm my visit. Which I had told them that I was on my way there. When I arrived the sales person told me that the car I was coming to see was sold the night before. I drove an hour to be told the car had sold last night. The could have told me when they called on my way up. Did not offer any sort of apology or other option. ***Terrible service stay... read more
