Poor customer service. It appears they don’t want or need to sell vehicles because not no one bothered to leave their chair the entire time we walked the lot or showroom. Their loss.

Porche Newport Beach is the best! Fabulous facility, staff and quality. I love my new car, and the buying experience was great (as painless as buying a car can be, haha!). Thanks so much to Giovanni in sales. What a great guy. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. He really went above and beyond for us. Kellyn (sp?) in Finance was also great.
They do a nice job and Matt in porsche sales has to be one of their best. He consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. He doesn't pressure during the sales process. He listens to what the customer needs and finds you a great solution. He is like a encyclopedia of information when it comes to Porsche! My advice, go see Matt!
Porsche of Newport Beach provides an excellent level of service at an exceptional price. Never a wait and loaners always available. Good job.
