RecommendedPorsche of Newport was just on a different level than the other Porsche dealerships we visited. Everything was easier. We have no doubt that we made the right decision buying our new Porsche Macan S from them. They also have the biggest inventory from which to choose our car.
Just brought my car into Porsche Newport Beach for the first time. I purchased at another dealership and had been driving into LA County to have service done before. No more of that!! What an excellent facility!! Prompt, friendly service. Ready on time. Freshly washed at pick up. I’m very happy with the beautiful facility and flow of their service department. Happy to come aboard!
Very bad experience with this dealership. I bought a Panamera a couple of months ago. It was a rainy day, took the car, no demo, didn't even wash the car properly, they promised to do a full detail job for the car. Later on I ask the sales rep who sold me the car, for a full detail, he doesn't respect his words, and I also find a small tear in the back seat, that porsche said it will cost $150, and they say Porsche is not responsible. Nothing was resolved and I was charged $50.
Rick West was our service rep. He kept us well informed and updated us on all of the complex service details. We are still waiting on some recall parts, but other than that we had excellent service. My car was given back to me with a complete wash. Thanks Rick
