I took my 2017 Cayenne in for annual service and a clogged drain warranty repair yesterday. My service advisor Jimy Thac was very friendly and highly efficient. He provided me with a pristine Macan loaner for the day and had my car ready for pickup at 3:00pm. I highly recommend Porsche Newport Beach. Ask for Jimy!
Rhonda and I experienced excellent service from Samer, Giovanni and Anthony. Like most people, we dreaded going into a car dealer to actually buy. Almost feels like getting teeth pulled. This was a very unique experience and a great pleasure to work with professional gentlemen. Great experience with Porsche NB service department and my advisor Rick West. Always professional and the techs are very knowledgable. Loaner cars are always comparable to my vehicle. Not the cheapest but they do great work!
Great service. I custom ordered my car and everything was great. This is the third car they have done for me. Matt took care of me start to finish. Anyone I have referred to him has had the same experience. One of my friends car came in at same time as mine. Five stars!
