Porsche of Newport Beach picked up my 911 for its 50k mile service and returned it when the service was completed. I always work with Jason Sands who has been the service advisor I ask for since I bought the car. His honesty about what the car needs and doesn't need is refreshing. I have always received outstanding service from Porsche Newport Beach but my last service experience was exceptional. Alex Hamlin did a super job taking care of my service needs especially the items under warranty. He was also able to take care of one of my tires that was leaking due to a puncture (I bought the tires from Porsche Newport Beach). My loaner was arrange and ready to go. Outstanding service.
