Sorry, worst experience I had with Porsche so far. Called service in September 2019 because I got two recalls for my Panamera. They told me that they would have to order parts first and I left name, phone number and VIN. I never ever got a call back. In the meantime I got everything done at an other Porsche dealer ….
I had a great experience with Porsche Birmingham. The employees were very nice and helpful in answering my questions. Micheal was my salesman and keep me updated on the arrival of my Boxster and any last minute details of servicing to get it ready to hit the road.
