I had a wonderful experience working with Candice, the owner of Porcelain Innovations. She was very pleasant, responsive, and communicated well. In addition, Michael, her husband, and Chris, her son, spent time working on my master bedroom closet tiling project also. Gil and Antonio, who did the actual tile installation, were really great. I have used PI twice now, one cast iron tub and now a cast iron sink. Both resulted in a beautiful, and durable finish. Candice and her team are quick to respond to messages and are professional and reliable. I recommend PI often.
Working with Candice was a pleasure! Great communication and customer service throughout the project. Gil installed a beautiful tile backsplash in our kitchen. A neighbor showed us flooring and bathrooms she remodeled, and they are gorgeous. Refinished tub looks brand new. Highly recommend!
I called Candace and was asked to send a picture of the area of my tub that needed work. I texted the picture. After no response in a couple of weeks, I texted her again wanting to know next steps. Received no response to either of my texts. Not sure what's going on but my experience has been terrible
I would highly recommend this company and what a great experience from start to finish. “ Candice” was a pleasure to work with and explained the entire process what would happen. They showed up on time and job was completed in one day and tub looks brand new. I would hire this company again for future jobs. Thank you for a job well done.
