Missing 2 orders of fries. I ordered via the app. Contact number for restaurant location not on service. The app doesn't give option to choose piece preference, only spicy or original.
Order 79, I ordered at 6:22. Didn't get my food until 7:01. I ordered two spicy sandwiches, 1 ghost pepper sandwich and shrimp tackle. The manager said they were making it and waiting on something when I opened the bag everything was cold. Horrible and it isn't the first time I've waited over 30 minutes! Didn't even offer to upsize or anything for waiting 40 minutes. Fries cold, shrimp cold, Didn't have regular lemonade only frozen. They should have just gave us a refund
