I had a great experience at Popeyes thanks to Marlyn. Even though the restaurant was incredibly busy, he took the time to make sure I was taken care of and treated me with kindness and professionalism. He stayed calm, worked hard, and kept a positive attitude despite how hectic things were. It's clear that he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. Employees like Marlyn make a big difference. Thank you for the excellent service!
This establishment has never failed to make me wait any less than 15 minutes for extremely simple orders. There is no reason to be taking this long with 3 cars in the whole lot. I’m typing this while I’ve been waiting in line for at least 20 minutes for a sandwich. The woman who answered me at the window was also short with me from the start for no good reason. I was polite and initially understanding of the wait, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Do better 🤦♂️
