I haven't been to this location in quite some time because usually can't take the app and scan for points, but apparently they did get that fixed and the food is always great. I love Popeyes service was great. The only part that's not so great is paying so much for a three-piece crispy wing dinner?(No spice or 🥵 hot?) They usually just don't have it. There's always a special on the hot 🥵 wings but never on the crispy original wings maybe one day
Empty restaurant. Waited 40 minutes for my order and when I got home was two tenders short of what I ordered. Looking forward to the same copy pasted response the owner is going to leave on this review.
I stayed in the restaurant for more than half an hour and still couldn't get my food
I ordered online for a pickup. Soon as I pulled up the manager had an attitude. She refuse to give my order I paid for. I asked an employee who was helping another customer. He went and got my order. I called corporate the manager was supposed to call me back. She never did. I will never order from this Popeyes again. My grandson is moving to Indy. I will advise him to go to this Popeyes because of bad management. Stay away she doesn't care about the customer.
