We went through the drive‑through and ordered three pieces of dark spicy chicken. After paying, we were told to pull through, then immediately asked to move forward and wait by the pickup window. At no point were we told they had run out of dark chicken and were cooking a fresh batch. I ended up waiting about seven minutes in the car before going inside with my receipt to ask for an update. I placed a mobile order and picked up via the drive through. I ordered a side of mac and cheese for $4ish dollars and this is what I received which is unacceptable. The serving size vs the price doesn’t match. Please increase portion size or reduce the price.
I just left i spent 57 dollars on food waited on food and the chicken was raw never been more pissed especially because they specialize in chicken I'm overly disgusted. Called to report it to the manager they pick up and hang up hopefully I have a lawsuit
