Pool Scouts is by far the best pool company we have ever had. They are very knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Also very organized in sending invoices and getting back to me on questions. I made multiple attempts to schedule an appointment with this company for a pool pump repair, and the experience was extremely frustrating. While they were quick to offer reassuring words like “no worries” and promises to call back, none of those commitments were ever honored. I contacted them three separate times, and each time I received the same empty assurances with zero follow-up. At a certain point, it becomes clear this isn’t bad luck—it’s a lack of professionalism and reliability.
Weekly Pool Cleaning. Came promptly when I really needed them! Every cleaning was not perfect but management is on the ball!
