Excellent customer service, the pool looked great. John from service is very professional called me regularly to update me on the service and making sure that the job was done perfectly.
Pool builders has been nothing but excellent throughout the entire process. We cannot say enough great things about them. Working with Larry, Debbie, Lori, Bob and the rest of staff has been a pleasure. I highly recommend Pool Builders to anyone looking to build a pool.
I <3 Pool Builders. They come when they say they will, they work fast yet efficient, have really friendly workers and are doing an awesome job. I interviewed lots of companies. Read hundreds (yes hundreds) of reviews. Felt the best with these guys. And the pool is looking awesome! Would highly recommend them. Also they are very patient and helpful throughout any hiccups that arise. Love my designer Lawrence and site supervisor DJ!
Pool was done in a timely manner. The owner, Kevin, called me regularly to update me on the progress. Everyone at the office was very courteous, including John my sales agent. Bob was my contact for construction and was very professional and guided me throughout. Ryan gave me the final presentation on how the pool features work and was very pleasant and seems to love his job. I would refer than without reservation to all my friends.
Whole process went by smoothly and professionally. Very happy with final product. Highly recommend them.
Best customer service. Lawrence worked with us through lots of backyard challenges. It took much longer than we expected, but it was a very big undertaking and not just a pool - it was the entire backyard. The results are wonderful. The staff was always very professional, knew what they were doing, courteous and respectful. Whenever I had an issue they resolved it immediately and correctly. This is my second pool with Pool Builders. I am absolutely satisfied with the final product. It came out even nicer than expected. The entire process was great. From the initial office visit all the way until final inspection. They were always available to answer any concerns I had throughout. The staff at the office and the crews that where here for each step where extremely friendly. I would highly recommend Pool Builders.
