We built our pool in 1977. it was built by Pool Builders , Inc.We have been enjoying our pool for 43 years. Our kids , grandchildren and their friends have had years of fun and great times in our pool. It was the best decision we have ever made. All of the staff are very professional. From start to finish, they always keep you in the loop so you are never left in the dark. They listen to you carefully and help build the pool you want. They do quality work. I couldn’t be happier. HIGHLY recommend. Because of the quarantine, I told them to please make sure the pool is at least swimmable since I would be stuck at home with 2 kids. It was a pleasure to have pool builders have the responsibility to build our pool. They made this exciting experience from beginning to the end. In the end it was all worth it!!!!
Amazing help and a beautiful pool! My friend had two pools built over 20 years ago in both of their homes and the quality is outstanding! I wouldn't go with anyone else! Everyone I worked with was wonderful-especially John DelRe and Lori.They were always available - answering all my questions in a quick and professional manner. The pool took a fair time to complete. The pool itself and the pool equipment look ok. This is my first pool so I don't know if it will last. What I'm not happy with is the finish of the deck. The cuts were not done properly, there are broken tiles from day 1 that have not been fixed or replace. I suggest whoever is going to use PBI use another company for the deck. Sent them the pics and never contact me. Once I paid never heard from them again. Money oriented people.
Had a terrific experience with Pool Builders. Highly recommend.
