This is most definitely a 5 star resort . The staff is always friendly and helpful. Plenty of choices for food from the buffet to the terrace to the coast to the snack bar in the corner to the roasted Bean . Room service is also a option. They are remodeling the suite floors we got a peek they are beautiful. We were there from November 5-11. I will be back in January. These people who complain on here are crazy. Omg! The Patti Labelle concert was great and the steak house was so fancy! Awesome experience staff was professional and polite! Everything was amazing especially the food and drinks! The environment was safe and friendly, my husband and I will be going back!
Food is not like it use to be and the seafood don't taste good

I've always loved the hospitality they give. Everything is nice. Our rooms, the restaurants, bar tenders. Been coming here for quite a bit.
Always a great time. Great rooms, great casino, great restaurants, great pool, great spa, and on and on! And especially great service. We visit here often and always have a terrific time.
