We always have a great time at the Beau & can't imagine staying anywhere else. The front desk staff have always been courteous & friendly & the spa is top notch. Looking forward to staying again!

I assure you this is not in keeping with our high standards and will certainly pass along your feedback to our management team. It is very important for us to hear from our guests so we can address your concerns and evaluate how we can make the appropriate improvements for your return visit to the Beau.
We had a beautiful room with a great view of the gulf. The Christmas decorations were lovely. The buffet was poor and we did not eat there again. The restaurant had a wonderful breakfast and our waitress was awesome. The one thing that kept us out of the casino was the cigarette smoke. The smell is horrible and our clothes reeked. If you must have cigarette smoking, you need better ventilation and possibly a designated place for it.
