Today was my first visit to Ponzio Dental Grp. I am always nervous when going to the dentist, however from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. My hygienist today was very gentle and reassuring throughout the cleaning. Dr Ponzio discussed options I would have after X-rays were viewed. I received a follow up call by Maria to confirm my next appt. Great staff
Thank you so much for making my little guy feel at ease! I was unable to take him due to a dental emergency myself and had my son-in-law take him for me. I was quite anxious as to how he would do without me there - he absolutely loved his hygienist. He came home and told me that the lady that cleaned his teeth was so nice and she let him watch Thomas and Stuart Little! You definitely made a lasting impression!
The entire staff was so kind and so helpful. I very much appreciate all of the information and the ease of scheduling a follow up appointment. Dr. Ponzio was terrific to work with.
