My first appointment was amazing. Due to the pandemic I had not seen a dentist since moving to Chicago last December. The office's general attitude of kindness and Covid related precautions were were outstanding. As a 72 year-old my teeth and gums are very sensitive. It was an absolutely painless experience to the point of my being surprised that the examination and cleaning were complete. My experience was excellent. Very efficient office. My hygienist, Tammy, was great. Dr. Katie was so comforting and warm. I felt very relaxed during my cleaning. A few times during the process I almost forgot I was at the dentist. Thank you.

Had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Benka today through Ponzio Dental. Before my arrival, Ponzio Dental sent several emails and texts to remind me of my appointment. The office is clean and efficient
Staff was very welcoming and offered plenty of information and assistance.
I have a BIG fear of Dentists. Dr. Ponzio is very kind and gentle and I felt at ease immediately. He took time to talk to me about what was going on with my teeth issues and discussed options for treatment with me which made me feel better about the decisions I need to make. His office team is very friendly and fantastic! I highly recommend him!
