I had my 6 month cleaning and examination today. Everything went smooth as normal. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. I tried calling when i arrived as requested. I called four times and nothing happened. No ring or busy signal. I thought my phone wasn't working. I went inside and explained what happened. Was told when the lines are being used, no signal is given. Hope that helps someone else.
