I switched from another dental practice. My experience an Ponzio was excellent. The exam was thorough and the communication was superb. I was in and out in under an hour.
Dr Ponzio and his staff are a very Friendly and knowledgeable group. I wouldn’t trust any other Dental Group.
The staff at Dr. Ponzio are so very caring and compassionate. Dr. Ponzio is the best!!!!! He response quickly and never makes me feel that I am bothering him. Alicia is kind and an expert at cleaning teeth. She adjusts her care to accommodate issues i have with my teeth. She expresses her concern and recommends helpful suggestions. Maria is a beautiful person! She treats me as a friend and patient. She offers help in any way she can and shows true concern. The office is bright, modern, clean , efficient and welcoming!!! Dr. Ponzio and staff are professional and friendly.. take time to explain procedures and make time to answer any questions. Five stars for sure!
Everything went according to schedule...I arrived and phoned the office....they told me to come in and sign in. After a short wait a very competent and pleasant dental hygienist (?)thoroughly cleaned my teeth and took exrays. Dr. Michael examined the work and gave me a good report! Follow up in 6 months. Don't understand why people are afraid to go to their dentist!

I'm always so happy with the professional and peoples attitude.. Dr Benka is amazing..
The people were great, very friendly, professional, if I knew they were that nice, I would not have waiting 15 years between dentist appointments.
