Awesome great food and service
Had found a hair in my wings told the waitress and even though she gave me new ones no one came over to apologize not the owner or a manager. They did nothing to else to accommodate me. And when I went to use the ladies room you can see into some of the kitchen and standing there was a gentleman with the same type of hair I found in my food, which wouldn’t of been a problem but he was not wearing a hair net. Ive gone here a few times with my family in the past but unfortunately I will not be going back again.
I recently won the big Sam deal and also ordered a chicken wing pizza we had all this last night and we all really enjoyed everything it was delicious !! 10 of us and we all agreed all will be return customers! Thank you Batavia’s Original!

A wonderful piece of Batavia history. Once was Pontillo’s Pizzeria, but under this new management it has flourished! She has put a lot back into the restaurant and expanded the menu, including express lunches. They recently updated in interior with brand new booths and seating areas. I give this restaurant a 10/10. Always a good meal here!
Very poor service tonight. Waitress was not very tentitive food came out one by one 10-15 mins apart. Appetizers came out after we got our food. Got the garlic knots and they weren’t flavorful at all. Burnt the crap outta my friends and my subs rolls and meat.
