RecommendedGreat staff and the food is delicious
Had my daughters birthday party there on Sunday the 18th for the 3rd year after making my party reservation a month prior to the event and calling on the 12th to put in our large order of food for the private party patio... I find out that my reservation was cancelled and that someone else had taken our spot! Was told by the manager—without any apologies or help to rectify the situation!! horrible service. Mike the waiter didnt write order down. recieved our garlic knots which was an appetizer after we recieved and ate our meals. food didnt come out together, chicken wing came out first then 10 minutes later the calzone came out and 20 minutes after calzone came what was supposed to be a hot chicken finger sub. chicken finger sub was cold. never check on the table even after meals were out. offered drink refills after we had been done eating. when asked about garlic knots we were lied to and told he was going... read more

This is literally the best pizza ever! I live in Rochester and drive out here for pizza! No other pizza compares to the delicious slices here!
I recommend Batavia’s Original for the food, it’s great. But don’t order with the online order on the website. I used it to place a delivery order, paid bill plus tip in advance and received an email and text with a delivery time(1hr after order placed)...well my order which was one calzone didn’t arrive for nearly a half hour past the delivery time given. Very disappointed in that service.
Kids love the pizza. They give the boys dough to play with
