Terrible service, super expensive, the pizza was undercooked and cold and the toppings we ordered were incorrect, the music was staticky and we couldn’t even understand what it was the entire meal. Will never recommend this pizza to anyone.

We've always enjoyed the fantastic pizza but today's visit was infuriating. We went in for lunch at 12:45 and the woman running the cash register was clueless. She completely screwed up the guys order in front of us which turned usually placing an order in 5-10 minutes into 30 minutes. Then after waiting another 25 minutes at our table I went up to check on what was taking do long. Come to find out the cashier never actually placed our order!!! so as we all know not every day at a restaurant is perfect sometimes people mess up your order or the food might take a little bit too long to come out. regardless that has happened tonight but completely turned my night around! they were so kind and nice and gave us the best service possible even considering the situation! I will never refer to this place as Batavia original IT WILL ALWAYS BE PONTILLIOS to me. me and my companion ordered a pizza and bottom was burned and she only ate one piece took the rest to go and gave it to someone and went straight into trash been there 3 times this summer but I guarantee there won't be a 4th. the new pizza place for me is Santinos in Oakfeild. My favorite place for pizza in Batavia! Absolutely delicious! On our last visit our pizza was a little burned on the bottom but we still ate it. At the end of our meal our waitress comes over with a box and says that she noticed our pizza was burned. She gave us a free large pizza to go! I cannot remember her name but our box said Lydia. We have always had great service there but she really went above and beyond!
