I recently needed urgent work done and chose Pondersa Dental. I had not been to the Dentist prior to that since 2006. I was very nervous and anxious. I'm on medicare and disabled so I was concerned about the bill. The staff at Ponderosa were extremely caring and helpful. They gave me information, helped me find out - in office - if I qualified for Care Credit (which I'd never heard of). I belive in him...he's a very good dentist. He's understanding.
I hadn't been to the dentist in far too long; 1. Because I had created a crazy phobia, and 2. Because I couldn't find a dentist that I really liked. Dr. Berkner, and his staff, are great. They really seem to care about you, and they do a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Ponderosa Dental!
I have terrible fears of the dentist but had a cleaning and filling with little to no anxiety at all! Love all the people who work there, they make you feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation :)
Dr. Berkner and everyone at Ponderosa Dental Arts are absolutely amazing! They are so nice and make sure that you are comfortable. You are their number one priority and it shows! For the first time in my life I am not nervous about going to the dentist. I am so happy I was able to find them!
