Going to the dentist is usually not on my "top ten things I would like to do today" bit after breaking a tooth yesterday I contacted Lindsay at Ponderosa (I hadn't gotten established with a dentist in OC yet)and they got me in right away today. Had my teeth whitened today, they are so much whiter! can't believe the difference! I have a bit of dental phobia but felt right at home here, the staff was amazing! Made me feel very welcome and at ease <3
I have pretty severe dental anxiety after years of various dental work as a child. I was tired of my current dental office constantly rescheduling work that I needed to have done. I took a chance and went in for a consultation today and everyone in their office was so great! Dr. Berkner explained every little thing that they were doing and what needed to be done, even discussing what we needed to do to help with my anxiety going into and day of the dental work. I have been going to this dental office for many years now. I have seen all the changes in Drs and staff. I am pleased to say that Dr. Berkner is one of my favorites. He is young and enthusiastic and maintains a state of the art facility. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing dental care.

The care and attention to detail had been exceptional ! What really sold me, was the caring nature of not only Dr Berkner but his staff as well . Dr Berkner , had more than once , followed up my visit with a timely courtesy call to check on my progress . This went a long way , in my mind, in winning my confidence in the staff and Dr Berkner's ability as a skilled and thoughtful dentist .
