Absolutely love Ponderosa! I have been looking for a solid apartment for my little family, and have lived in many around Wichita, and finally have found the best. Great people, quiet, clean and friendly. Definitely plan on staying longer than expected.
5 stars! All issues have been addressed quickly and swiftly ! It's in a wonderful neighborhood and all the staff make sure that their residents are happy! I'm glad to live here and very thankful for the quick manner in which ponderosa works! Thank you guys so much!
