I have lived here for over two years and love it! The staff are kind and stay on top of things. The maintenance crew takes care of you asap and are friendly. The location is great! My doctor's office, eye doctor's office, and dentist are all less than two minutes away! There is a lot of food options and a couple of bars right around the corner. Just recently had my first year and I have to say this is a great place to stay. Management and maintenance are top notch!!
My husband and I have been here for a little over a year and we love it! One of the best features in our opinion is that the complex is tucked back into a neighborhood, not right along a busy street. This gives our apartment a more homey feel and you can still hear the bustle of the city without having it right outside your window. There are also plenty of restaurants and stores nearby so we don't have to go far to buy groceries or meet friends. My fiancé and I have lived at ponderosa for over two years now. I love that they provide free cable!! It is a very quiet area and maintenance is quick to respond to service requests. I live in a two bedroom and just wish I had moved in a little later when it was all renovated! It is a comfy safe apartment and I have been happy living here. My only complaint would be the difficulty in gettin my packages when I work the hours the office is open.
