Very friendly staff! Always willing to help and very quick to get repairs done. Best place to live hands down!
My fiancé and I have lived at ponderosa for over two years now. I love that they provide free cable!! It is a very quiet area and maintenance is quick to respond to service requests. I live in a two bedroom and just wish I had moved in a little later when it was all renovated! It is a comfy safe apartment and I have been happy living here. My only complaint would be the difficulty in gettin my packages when I work the hours the office is open. I have lived here for about 2 years, and love it. Very Friendly staff! Maintenance crew is quick and efficient, never have to wait for anything to be fixed! Great open parking lot!! Also being a T-Mobile employee getting a discount, you really can't beat it!!! #winning

I have lived here for over two years and love it! The staff are kind and stay on top of things. The maintenance crew takes care of you asap and are friendly. The location is great! My doctor's office, eye doctor's office, and dentist are all less than two minutes away! There is a lot of food options and a couple of bars right around the corner.
