Great Dentist and office I recently had 3 very positive visits to this dental practice. I had problem with a tooth that my former dentist wasn't correcting properly so I contacted Dental Concepts and made an appointment. They got me in quickly and Dr. Hayes diagnosed the problem quickly. I needed root canal. First I needed antibiotics to control the infection and then they set up another appointment after a few days, so that the medication could take affect. The root canal procedure when great. If anyone is looking for a Dentist in the Crown Point area Dr. Polus & his daughter went above and beyond for me yesterday! I had the worst tooth pain and had to text him yesterday and he responded w/ a phone call right back. He was Downtown at a convention. On his way back he called me to check in and had me meet him at his office at 6 pm on Saturday night. He was so nice & caring! I have only been his patient for a year and am very happy I found him after searching for a dentist in Indiana for 10 years!!
