Advanced Dental Concepts have always been very accommodating. They got me in on time at 6PM and I was done with my x-rays & cleaning in approximately 1/2 hour. They are very thorough with their explanations and handling of your insurance.

My daughter was having cheek/jaw pain and I called to see if I could get her in to see Dr. Hayes. I left a message on the business voicemail and the staff called me just before they opened for the day. They got my daughter in that same day! Dr. Hayes was very thorough and explained what he thought wad causing her pain. Dr.set up prescriptions and also referred us to an oral surgeon who helped relieve a blocked saliva gland. The staff was so polite and they helped by calling the oral surgeon so I could get my daughter in the ... read more

Relieved I called for appointment thinking I had some cavities in my bottom front teeth. Not only did I get an appointment for the very next day but it turned out, they were not cavities, I just needed a cleaning...Thats Relief!!!
