Great Experience I am the world's biggest coward when it comes to the dentist. I am 62 and feel very ashamed of my shaking and other signs of nervousness. The staff at Advanced Dental Concepts never make me feel like my 'condition' is something to be belittled or amusing. Instead they are so patient and kind. Dr Hayes takes however much time I need before he begins work and asks repeatedly if I'm doing ok. I have never been treated this well at any other dental office. Resident of 400 West, Hebron
