I have been at Polo Run apartments for about two years now and I can wholeheartedly say that I never experienced better customer service than I have here. They respond to maintenance requests within a few days tops and are so willing to help with any problems that I have!

I have lived at Polo Run for 1 year and when I call in a maintenance request they respond in a timely manner except for my ice maker needing to be repaired, each time they sent someone they didn't know anything about icemakers because across the street they don't have them. It is time for me to sign a new lease or move and I would like to sign a new lease but I would like a couple of things done, the icemaker fixed, the carpets cleaned and I would like a new stove because the one that I have doesn't work properly and is a fi... read more
This place was wonderful. If something broke it was fixed right away. Everyone was very friendly and we loved every min. Of it. Thank you Polo Run for making our first Apartment experience wonderful. ❤️

While I have been here Polo Run has renovated the outside of the Apts , repaired the roads replaced pool furniture have lots of posts for doggie bags, supply coffee and cookies and fresh cold water for working out . Close to all the best stores and near the best hospital . Thanks Polo Run !! For the Best ever Employees
I love my apartment, and the managers are great too.
