Been robbed twice by “workers” coming in while I’m on vacation, three years they can’t fix my broken smoke detector, but now both trips I have taken I get cleaned out… with no forced entry… place is trash, thanks again for robbing me and setting me back again this year, asked if I would like to change my locks again with a smile… such trash
I love it here
The office ladies are very nice and for the most part when things need to be fixed they get done in a timely manner. The complex is very nice and peaceful. I have always felt very safe here. The apartments are not fancy but very nice for the price.

I enjoy living here. Very quiet nice neighbors and close to shopping. Great management staff. Great place to live.
When we toured the apartments, they seemed pretty nice - definitely not new, but it appeared that they kept up with their maintenance pretty well. That was not reality. During the summer, out air conditioner broke about every 10 days. One of our bathtub faucets had some sort of black tar coming from it that was never fixed, making it unusable. The stairs were crumbling - you could walk out and find a quarter of a step had fallen off. You could tell which step would break next, but they would only repair it after it happened,... read more

Been living at Polo Run Apts since Aug, and I have to say I absolutely love it! From the apt itself to the maintenance and staff everything is as I wanted. Out of all the apts I have lived in, these by far are the most comfy, stylish and safe. Staff is super friendly and helpful, maintenance is always punctual. Its so nice to live in an area where also the people are quiet and respectful. Having the complex gated is also a plus. Overall im happy to say Polo Run is my home.
