This is a great apartment complex! Maintenance stays on top of things and the rent is a fair price. The only problem is the people at the front desk don't really know a lot about the complex. Asked three people the same question and got three completely different responses.
Polo Club is not like it used to be. Clubhouse people are great, bus works and they are starting to have fun activities for their residents. It also has a great location being close to UGA and grocery stores!
The flats are nice and spacious. I have no problem with the actual place itself. However, there are a lot of cockroaches especially in our apartment and I wish this issue was fixed months ago. We complained about this many times. We also got stuck with old carpet and appliances and just an old flat in general. Otherwise, I really like the pool, clubhouse, and bus! Emergency maintanence comes quick as well. If the bug issue could’ve gotten fixed, I would’ve given it a higher rating.
I moved in this fall and so far I’ve had a wonderful experience with Polo Club. Their resident app is easy to use and allows for us to put in requests and pay rent all in the same place. Whenever I put in a request they are usually there the next day which is amazing. During the hurricane a dead copperhead washed up on the side walk(I didn’t know it was dead) and they were literally out there to take care of it within 5 minutes. I’ve had a good experience so far. Great service from the staff and I love my room and bathroom set up. They are pet friendly and the club house has a nice place to sit and study with WiFi so this is convenient for me and any others.
Its a great community to live in. Really easy to make friends, super pet friendly, great maintenance staff, and cheap living. The only negative I would say is the disorganization and rudeness of front desk staff. I never come in for problems but even when I come in to pick up a package, people are rude to me by either blatantly ignoring me or yelling. I would definitely recommend Polo Club if you’re looking for a place close to campus. It’s also near a bunch of restaurants and Kroger is literally right down the street.
They've provided us a comfortable place to live in good proximity to uga's campus. We have enjoyed our spacious 4 person town home. Besides some issues with the gate I'm content.
