Other than a few minor problems, this place is great. It's nice and has a lot of space. Amenities are good, water bill can be a little too high sometimes, maintenance is quick to respond. For a college student, I would definitely recommend.
Polo club sucks. I had two floods in my apartment within a few months of each other and received no compensation for their negligence. Also, they just implemented a new program to pay rent that charges a minimum of $2 for a convenience fee. The shuttle is always out of service and the front gate was broken for half the year. Guest access is nearly impossible and 20 cars can make it through the gate before it closes so what's the point? Can't wait to get out of this place.
For the price, this is a great place to live. Maintenance has been really responsive and great amenities (other than the gym). The utilities are more than they originally quoted, but have gone down since the temps dropped due to not using the AC at all. Parking is usually good, but can get really packed if coming back late at night. Kitchen could use some updating. Wish there was a hot tub.
Since they have changed the management, I have had nothing but a positive experience. When I have a problem, they fix it right away. Another great perk is it’s also really close to grocery and restaurants and not too far from campus. I don’t have any complaints.
Polo Club is nowhere near perfect however, it is a great student community for the price. I don’t tend to have many issues.
I have had a very positive experience here. They are very quick to fix most problems, and the price is very nice. The rooms are a little small, but expected with the price. Furnishings are also decent. Would live here again.
