Lived on their property for almost 10 years. They take great care of the property I live at.
Great place to live. Just signed up for year 4. Complex well maintained. Good neighbors. When I had to contact maintenance, great response and turn around. The mix of families, singles and retired people is very good.
I love living here. The rent increase this year was a bit higher than I would have liked but I'm not going anywhere. The manager, Colleen, and the maintenance guy, Chuck are always helpful and friendly.
I've been here for about a year at the newer building. Its a nice space for the price and has some good amenities/location. I'm more of a lowkey kind of person and management doesn't bother me a lot and is there when I need help or have any issues so I've appreciated that. I feel that they have been helpful while also understanding that this is my home.

I just signed my 17th lease with Delaware on Primrose (Wooten) Apts…I’ve enjoyed a good working relationship withthe Managers over the years…Always a prompt response for maintenance issues. The amenities have been great! My children, grandchildren & great grandchildren have thoroughly enjoyed. The complex is within walking distance of many store, shops & restaurants. The dog park has been a nice addition…
I have lived in the Quail Ridge Apartments and Townhouses for 5 years now and have had a decent experience. I love the layout of the community, it's dog friendly, and has multiple pools. I would recommend it to my friends and family.
