I have lived here for a year and its very nice location is great. Only thing is maintenance can be a litte slow but most places are like that so no big problem. Site Management is aslo great she is very understanding and kind.

Good place to live. My neighbors are all friendly. Kept up well. Close to everything, everything is just right here.
Living at the Polo Club has been excellent, the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, Harter House is literally right there, just an all around excellent location. The ladies in the office are delightful and kind. Looking forward to another year here.
Polo club is a decent place to live. We've been here for a few years. The property manager is very helpful and anytime we've had a maintenance issue it's been resolved fairly quickly.
So happy with my apartment here!! It’s a nice quiet little area with great neighbors. The people who work here are wonderful and always so helpful with any issues that come up. It’s also very pet friendly, with plenty of grassy areas for the furbabies. 10/10
Wonderful place to live with low costs and quick access to businesses and restaurants! Have lived here for 3 years and love it!
I have lived at the Polo Club, for several years now and have no complaints! The office staff are great, maintenance team is always responsive, location is PERFECT, grounds are maintained, facility is pet friendly, and it's generally peaceful and quiet. The few times there has been an issue, the security team was responsive, with management following up. Overall, we're happy with our interactions with the staff!
