My experience here has been awesome so far. The staff is there to help with anything you need and the facilities(pool, gym) are great. The location and the quality of the apartment is amazing for the price. Also, free food Wednesday's. I signed to renew as soon as I could!
I've been living at Polo Club since fall of 2014 and I will be staying here until I graduate. It's pretty close to campus, it's in a good location, the apartments are nice, maintenance is great, and the staff has always been very kind and helpful. No reason to pack up my stuff and move it all somewhere else. The gym is 24/7 too, which is nice.
So I just wanted to say something coming from someone who has lived here for three years. This complex truly is one of the best places to live in Tallahassee. The location and price are great, but more than anything the people running it are amazing! They do so much for the residents and really make it feel like your home. They love to talk to the residents and are more than willing to help out in any way they can! I love Polo Club! The management is great and the property is so nice. I went to many apartment complexes and none of them were close to the quality of Polo Club. With its close location, good rate, and nice apartments, I knew this is where I wanted to live.
The management at polo club is great and everyone in the office is super friendly. I had a problem and went down and talked to Zavier and another young lady and they helped me right away to resolve it. Also if I ever email them with questions I usually get a reply within the same day.
Great people and environment! Really feels like a home!
This is a great place to live, super close to campus and the maintenance is always done quickly and effectively
