I have lived at polo club for over a year, and it is absolutely amazing. I have nothing to complain about, and I would recommend others to live at Polo Club!
This is my third year at living at Polo Club and I couldn’t be happy with where I live! Excellent leasing office staff that is super helpful and fun. the units are very spacious and the location is perfect for FSU. On the plus side, FSU garnet, gold, and nite nole bus systems all stop right in front of the complex so not having a car is not a problem.

I absolutely love living at Polo Club! The complex only has 7 buildings, making it small and personal, the staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help (or in my case, just have casual conversation), it's only a small drive or bike ride away from Florida State, the apartments/townhomes are spacious and well set up, and the best part... each room has their own bathroom!! Polo Club is definitely a great place to live!
I love laying out by the pool. It's beautiful and I love the waterfall!
The rooms are very spacious! The pool setup is really great and right next to the beach volleyball courts. It is all just the right size and not too overwhelming. And the staff here are the nicest people ever I love them
