had the worst experience here, and I tried to resolve it, but the owner has not been very communicative. I apologize for this long review, but I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did. I scheduled a spa day for my Best Friend, who was getting married, back in October of 2018. I paid $689 for 2 of us to get multiple services. The first issue was pricing. I came in for an appointment and walked into a fully booked salon. An employee said some would be with my shortly. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes without any further acknowledgement from the staff. I left without getting the service I booked.
