I posted a review on Google about a week ago. The owner contacted me via Facebook, and said she'd refund me.. If I took my review down. Which, I did. When I went in to get my money back, I waited for about 10-15 minutes. And her employee came out, and basically threw the check at me. I messaged Stephanie, and advised she talks to her employees about their bad attitudes. She defended her employee. And. Blamed it on a nose bleed. She proceeded to message me throughout the day. And then.. Sent me a photo. Of her having a nose b... read more

Today was my first time at Polished and I loved the environment. Great setting, very laid back and enjoyable. Directly after arriving I was greeted with a glass of water and a smile. All of the girls were respectful and had great personalities! I can't wait for my next appointment!
RecommendedSpur of the moment nail walk in and I was very impressed! The staff was bubbly and friendly and offered us drinks right away. The decor was beautiful and well put together. I am definitely looking forward to my next appointment

I absolutely love this salon! Right when you walk in you are greeted by everyone who works there with a smile on their face! They love what they do and it absolutely shows. I love my nail tech, she does an amazing job. I 100% recommend getting your nails done here!
