I just had the worst experience of my life the owner kicked me out of her store because I was unhappy with my pedicure my husband bought me a mani pedi and facial for Christmas due to covid I was finally able to use it I arrived at my schedule appointment time the lady that was supposed to do my mani pedi was not there on time then got dizzy and went home in the middle of my pedi so she said she wasn’t going to charge me for my pedi and turned me over to Someone else so while I was getting my mani done they owner started to ... read more
The owner of this salon is something else. I went in (based off the good reviews). I asked for very short and square shaped acrylic. I left with not short and more of a coffin shape. My cuticles were bad from not having nails on for 3 months so she used that as a reason to not make them super super short. I felt manipulated the entire appt and got to the point where I simply said I liked them so that I could get the heck out of there! I absolutely LOVED my experience at this salon! I got a full-set of acrylics even though my appointment was for a fill-in. My old ones were falling off the day before my appointment and I was PANICKING! But Polished was so accommodating and extremely friendly. The salon is gorgeous and I don't think I've ever been so happy with my nails before. Stephanie who did my nails, is a two-time world champion doing nails.
