Incredible service and skill!!! Loved finding Kim and Nick from Venus nail salon.
I've been here twice and so far each time was perfect! My recent trip was with my 3 little girls for manicures and pedicure. The staff were all so sweet with my girls and gave them exactly what they wanted. Our nails are beautiful! My last gel manicure, I had for 3 weeks and never chipped!

I have been going to Polished for about 2 years, usually every two weeks and have loved every manicure I've received! I usually bring in a design and every time it's perfect. Polished is super clean and professional and the staff at all locations are so nice. Nikki at memorial and Portland is great!
Updated review: Super, super impressed with the customer service at Polished OKC. My mom had a not so fabulous experience recently (everyone has their days) but they immediately reached out to us in order to remedy the problem. She went in and was given a beautiful manicure by David whom she said was kind, patient, and determined to make things right. Gotta love a salon that truly cares about their clients happiness and ensures quality work. Will definitely be back! ❤️
