I have been going to polished on memorial for two years now, and although I loved them at first, their service continues to decline. Most of the techs don't listen to give you what you want. I am very picky and I know this, so I explain in detail before we start. Finished product is either not as I explained, or parts of my nail aren't painted completely or its ridged and bumpy. Then I get told how they are so pretty and they don't see a problem😳 Also some techs are just downright rude!! I'll be looking for another salon!
