Followed my nail tech from another shop to Polished. Loved everything about the services I had. It was a little more expensive than the last place but well worth it to keep my nail tech Megan. Very nice atmosphere.
I cannot even begin to understand how anyone could give anything but 5 stars to this business. They are amazing! I've been going to the one on Memorial since it opened and I have never been disappointed. If there is anything at all you aren't pleased with they WILL make it right. The owner is one of the most ethical, kind, and generous people I know. Class act for sure!

I was very disappointed. There are ridiculous hidden charges everyone should be aware of. There was a $3 extra charge for my pedicure for the nail polish used. I thought when you paid the price for a pedicure that nail polish was always included. My daughter was also charged an additional $5 for her pedicure for having the chellac removed from her toe nails. The employees were very distracted and unorganized. I had a great experience with both my mani and pedi!
Went in for a dip manicure and came out with goop on my nails. Was also getting a pedicure while there and my feet came out WORSE than before??? I was in a hurry and did not realize until I got home. I cannot believe I paid $$$ for these low quality services... will not be returning.
