I really wanted to love this place, as several of my friends recommended it. Unfortunately, my nails look the worst they ever have when professionally done. I asked for pink and white solar nails because my own nails were very short. What I actually got was normal acrylic with a French manicure painted on. The acrylic is very thick with visible bubbles throughout. There are also visible hairs and red and black specks in it. You can also see where the nail is glued on underneath, as it wasn't covered up with the white paint. ... read more

I tried really hard to like this place. Love the atmosphere. Just every single time I got my nails done they turned out crappy. I felt like every time I went it was nothing but a waste of money.

I went and got a full set to only have them fall off not even a week later. Very disappointed and not returning.

I am always very impressed with all the people who work at Polished even when they are faced with difficult situations! It's amazing how courteous and nice everyone is when I'm there...even when they are busy and have walkin after walkin. Best place to relax and get Polished! Shout out to the receptionist for always catering to my every need! Great job Yukon Polished!
Have been waiting an hour and fifteen minutes to be told others are being seated before me (4 now in total) because some of the technicians don't do dip, that would've been a little more acceptable if I didn't see two of the individuals taken back seated getting dip. This isn't the first time I've been kept waiting a ridiculous amount of time and the front desk person is incredibly rude.
Very friendly, great people , my toes look awesome . I would definitely go back .
I went to Polished for the first time and expected to have to wait but got right in on a busy Saturday afternoon. David talked me into trying a dip set, and I love them! David made my nails beautiful and was very welcoming and fun to talk to! I'll definitely be coming back!
