Thank you for excellent care. I had bad pain ... Thank you for excellent care. I had bad pain last night and you worked me in today! And you quickly found the cause of my problem as a crack in my tooth.I am very impressed, as a few years ago I had a cracked tooth. But then that dentist told me it was TMJ, then sinus problems,recommended sinus surgery,and finally after many doctor visits, lots of time and money, and much sickness, a specialist found that it was a hairline crack in my tooth.
I had begun to think that front desk staff we... I had begun to think that front desk staff were trained to be curt, unhelpful, and downright unpleasant. That is, until I became a patient at Grandview Dental. This medical practice ought to give seminars on how to treat patients. We are greeted by name with a smile (!). We are not kept waiting. Staff are friendly and conversational. I actually feel like I am the purpose of their day and not an interruption to it. Thank you.
